Responsibilities
Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout organization.
Partner with PMO, TPMs, R&D , and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
Engage with UX designers, business stakeholders, and software engineering teams through the full product cycle.
Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to. This includes prioritization, requirements refinement, quarterly planning, and Jira hygiene standards.
Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.
Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
MS or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Agile development.
Preferred
CSPO certification
Knowledge of Genomics, computational biology or relevant scientific experience
Knowledge of the healthcare space
