Responsibilities

Manage the team members and processes of the Product Operations Department.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product development and launch activities.
Manage and optimize the tools and platforms used by the product teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and can scale as the organization grows.
Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, providing insights to the product team that help inform decision-making and prioritization.
Partner with product managers to ensure operational readiness for new product launches, including documentation, training, and internal communications.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and support rapid growth.
Regularly interact with key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand operational challenges, and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track progress on key product initiatives and communicate them to leadership and other teams.
Proactively identify risks to product timelines and develop action plans to mitigate them.

Required

3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field.
Experience working in technology, SaaS, or product-driven environments is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and align teams.
Demonstrates ability to identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working effectively across functions and teams.
A meticulous approach to project management and a love for operational excellence.
Experience in a high-growth tech or product-led company.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and methodologies.
Experience working in a SaaS or B2B product environment.
