Responsibilities
Understand Jenius Bank’s product goals and objectives as they relate to our Credit Card platform core.
Identifies the Why and What as it relates to Credit Card platform configurations
Works cross functionally to accept business requirements from internal teams in order to execute them with our Credit Card platform team
Owning and maintaining a strategic Credit Card platform product roadmap as the single point of contact
Build and align roadmap with Jenius Bank’s overall digital strategy.
Execution planning across Jenius Bank and with Credit Card platform’s technology team.
Supports Credit Card platform upgrades including but not limited to Credit Card platform upgrade version specific product enhancements, availability review and planning as it aligns with Jenius Bank’s strategic roadmap
Manages product configurations, changes, testing and validation across Jenius Bank products and services hosted on Credit Card platform
Provides strategic inputs into the Credit Card platform roadmap to support Jenius Bank functions
Understands Jenius Bank current and future strategic needs to effectively leverage Credit Card platform product and business relationships to influence the longer term Credit Card platform roadmap
Influences the roadmap which influences the Jenius Bank specific Credit Card platform backlog of core user stories and acceptance criteria for one or more products or components
Participates in Iteration planning and Program Increment Planning activities with Credit Card platform in order to manage JB stakeholder expectations
Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested.
Applies Agile methods and processes and encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product.
Assists with defect and production incident monitoring, triage, and remediation to minimize Customer complaints and help avoid any financial, reputational, and/or legal risk.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner leading a team of developers/vendors to deliver digital applications to market.
Experience with leveraging data analytics to make recommendations and decisions that lead to improvements in the Customer experience and/or business OKRs.
Experience leading cross functional teams through decision-making to achieve optimized outcomes.
Experience working in an Agile environment and using associated tools (i.e. Jira).
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of Credit Card products and services or similar Fintech solutions
Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
Preferred
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience
Working knowledge of core processors (i.e. Zeta, FIS, i2C, TSYS, Corserv).
Experience managing stakeholder groups to align on balancing numerous constraints to achieve an optimized outcome.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
