Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the Product Goal aligned with organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary advocate for the product vision, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer requirements.
Develop, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize value delivery.
Create clear and concise Product Backlog Items (PBIs) that are actionable and aligned with business priorities.
Continuously refine and order backlog items based on business goals, feedback, and changing priorities.
Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible, and easily understood by all stakeholders.
Represent the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders within the Product Backlog.
Act as a liaison between the business, development team, and other stakeholders to ensure product success.
Work closely with business teams to clarify, document, and optimize processes.
Lead product transformation initiatives to modernize and enhance financial services offerings.
Ensure successful delivery of products, features, and updates that meet or exceed customer and business expectations.
Proactively address challenges and adapt plans to ensure seamless delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Demonstrate adaptability by responding effectively to changing business priorities and market dynamics.

Required
Proven experience in the financial services or fintech industry, with a focus on financial advice, investments, insurance, banking, or generosity programs
Hands-on experience as a Product Owner, managing product lifecycles from conception to delivery
Strong program management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results
Demonstrated experience driving product transformation efforts
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Expertise in creating and managing Product Backlogs
Excellent communication skills to articulate product goals and priorities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse needs and expectations
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Manager
Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
