Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for automotive technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, making strategic decisions to maximize product value and impact.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to develop, refine, and deliver high-quality features on time.
Gather and document requirements, translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive progress and continuous improvement.
Analyze data, industry trends, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and align on product goals and priorities.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices within the automotive sector.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within the automotive or related technology industry.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering successful product launches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and prioritize features.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Familiarity with automotive technology, industry trends, and customer needs is highly desirable.
