Required
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading balanced teams
3+ years working in an agile environment working directly in software development teams with proven ability to work with a non-customer facing team
Leverage a deep understanding of SAP modules to address business needs effectively.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and create actionable user stories.
Apply knowledge of finance modules and related workflows to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Experience with presentation to business and technology stakeholders
Ability to articulate product ideas or features through effective artifacts: documentation, diagrams project plans, storyboards, etc.
Ability to create detailed and thorough documentation that enables an agile development process
