Responsibilities

Manage product ownership and product management activities.

Utilize Blue Yonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions for demand planning and fulfillment modules.

Influence change within large, complex organizations.

Utilize Agile project management tools and flowchart tools.

Work with databases and large datasets, understanding coding techniques utilized with SCPO.

Understand demand planning processes in retail or food industry and supply chain planning processes.

Apply AI/ML to improve planning process efficiency and accuracy.

Required

5+ years demonstrated experience in Product Ownership/Product Management, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or another related field

5+ years demonstrated experience with the Blue Yonder SCPO supply chain planning solutions with an emphasis on demand planning and/or fulfillment modules as a functional consultant, solution architect, or a technical lead

Preferred

Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to influence change within large, complex organizations

Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred

Experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle) and working with large datasets and prior experience/understanding of coding techniques utilized with SCPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)

Detailed understanding of demand planning processes in a retail or food industry and an overall understanding of supply chain planning processes

Understanding of latest best practices such as applying AI/ML to improve planning process efficiency and accuracy
