Responsibilities

Gather and prioritize product requirements in alignment with the execution of the Product Roadmap

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity.

Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and stakeholder needs.

Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications

Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint grooming

Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, making data-driven decisions for enhancements

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

Stay informed about emerging trends in RCM and healthcare technology to keep the product effectively translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team
