Responsibilities
Autonomously support a modern Greenfield SaaS core platform with multiple applications
Define and iterate the roadmap through working closely with internal colleagues and customers
Lead agile sprint planning, working collaboratively with UX/UI, Development, and QA to deliver customer-focused solutions
Engage customers to qualify concepts, designs, and prototypes
Review progress of agile development and escalate any risks or changes to delivery
Assist teams with outward-facing product communications and ensure internal teams receive required training on new products

Required
4+ years experience as a SaaS Product Owner
Worked on multi-product SaaS platforms with competing priorities
Confident communicator who has influenced agile processes including sprint and scrum sessions
Experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS Vendor (multi module SaaS platforms)
Experience of pushing agile development forward internally with Development/QA/UX teams through scrum or sprint sessions
Ideal experience working on a SaaS platform with elements of CRM, workflow, or data which sold commercial B2B
Proven experience managing priorities and requirements from multiple stakeholders and collaborate these to deliver best outcomes
Strong ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
Adaptable communication style who can collaborate and challenge ways of working
