Responsibilities
Define the long-term vision and strategy for the technical product portfolio, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Translate business strategy into product strategy and further into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
Define and own product roadmaps and product strategy.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products to ensure that our products remain competitive by creating trends and competitor updates and analyses and providing go-to-market improvement recommendations.
Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
Write and maintain requirements and product backlogs for both legacy and new releases and platforms.
Oversee and coordinate product launch implementation including requirement gathering, planning, communication with business and technology personnel, process documentation, and implementation.
Ensure that each product has a user experience that provides an excellent experience that meets the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
Determine what technical enhancement or changes are required through understanding customers' needs and desires.
Conduct product postmortems and create recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful product launches for future product introductions.
Accountable that product development steps documentation is created, maintained, and stored that is up to date and actively being managed.
Serve as a point of reference and input on architecture, design, and implementation decisions to ensure the product meets both technical and business requirements.
In collaboration with business teams, develop GTM strategy and product adoption strategies.
Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on customer feedback and data analysis.
Track metrics and performance to assess the success of the product and identify areas of improvement.
In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, present full-scale product development plans and associated communications documents to essential stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Compliance, Sales, Operations, QA, engineering, design, and support, to ensure successful product delivery.
