Responsibilities
Define and document the user personas
Collect user requirements and document user acceptance criteria
Define and document the MVP (earliest acceptable version which we can sell)
Collect user feedback from proposed design, mock-ups, or demos
Document workflow diagrams (Level 0 through Level 2; model templates provided; positive feedback from Engineering to Jennifer Cline who implemented use)
Document user stories for Level 2 diagrams (model templates provided)
Maintain 90 days of user story backlog
Set product development priorities which align with the product strategy and technical capabilities
Create and document Initiatives and Epics in JIRA
Prepare Sprint Review materials and demo (with Scrum team support)
Define beta test requirements and metrics to track
Cross collaborate with GTM and Engineering
Any other related duties required for project or product success

Required
You have experience with globally distributed software applications
You have experience working at the executive level and building agreements with corporates
You have knowledge of the dairy industry and the needs of small farm dairy producers
You have experience as a Product Owner or a Product Manager and understand the software development life cycle of a software product
You have a track record of working across organizations to bring success to a product
You have brought to market a software product or project with global reach
You know how to execute these projects within a global and diverse organization within scope, time, and budget
You are an enthusiastic team player and great communicator with a can-do spirit and collaborative attitude
Experience with coordinating user testing and release cycles to ensure business objectives
Experience using Agile and Lean methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and or Test Driven Development
