Responsibilities
Leads the development of the product portfolio and provides workable solutions to satisfy customer and market expectations in close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, and scrum teams.
Collaborates with management to identify and plan product releases by reviewing milestones with stakeholders; manages the continual development of existing products.
Validates proposed solutions by performing market research to gain insights and inform; assists with pricing packages and structures.
Communicates internally and externally, develops and maintains Product Roadmap(s).
Manages Product Backlog(s) for the development teams by using product road mapping and backlog management tools.
Works closely with testing managers to ensure product functionality is properly tested against business requirements; leads change control processes to reflect project priorities.
Aides in the development process by attending product refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Coordinates and organizes workshops with product users using the discover and define approach; validates hypotheses and implements best solutions.
Contributes to wider initiatives and activities that support and increase customer satisfaction.
Conducts product training to partners, staff, and identifies need for individual/team training opportunities.

Required
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
8+ years experience as a Product Owner
Driving the product portfolio with the hands on team members to ensure completion. Knowledge on how to capture requirements/use cases for implementing SW Products into an established environment
Must have outstanding communication and presentation abilities. This position requires presentations to stakeholders and upper management to share product implementation updates
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in new or emerging IT initiatives.
Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, ensuring incremental delivery of SW projects with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills to lead, facilitate, and drive conversations with senior management and stakeholders
Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentations and decks to showcase use cases, feasibility studies, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess opportunities, risks, and feasibility.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe), with a focus on integrating SW solutions within product planning and delivery cycles.
Preferred
Previous healthcare experience
Any sort of Agile and/or Product Owner related certifications
