Responsibilities
Process improvement and development, equipment support and maintenance, documentation, and training necessary to produce high-quality medical device components.
Develop and maintain project/work plans, improve equipment and processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of new products and processes and ensure the creation and maintenance of operational documents.
Participate in training programs, investigate and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, and maintain a productive work environment.

Required
Four-year engineering degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of physics, pneumatics, electrical, and statistical principles
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. You should be proficient in reading and interpreting scientific and technical documents, developing training programs and presenting information effectively
Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry, are essential
The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple abstract and concrete variables
Familiarity with SolidWorks, PDM Vault, MS Excel, MS Word, Master Control, MS PowerPoint, Minitab, and Visio is necessary
