Responsibilities
Drive products through the entire SDLC, from vision to launch and beyond
Drive product excellence and user satisfaction:
Meet product KPIs (app store ratings, NPS, user engagement)
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvements
Conduct user testing on prototypes and live products
Execute product discovery and define MVP features
Implement best practices and cutting-edge product management tools
Close collaboration with designers, developers, and QA team to align toward product KPIs.
Develop project plans, status reports, estimates, and schedules.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Serve as a conduit between project/team members in all cross-functional groups (Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, Product, etc.).

Required
3+ years of experience as a product manager delivering digital products.
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience with the healthcare space.
Experience working in all phases of the SDLC for medium to large projects.
The ability to 'figure it out' when you hit inevitable roadblocks.
Desire for team-first approach, radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback (both giving and offering).
Accountability for deadlines, matched with a proactive discussion of deadline adjustments.
Mental fortitude to handle a relatively high-stress environment that comes from tighter deadlines and rapid development cycles.
Best-in-class communication skills.
Preferred
Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products in and outside of the healthcare space.
Inclination towards usage of AI tools to speed up work-related tasks.
Prior experience working with agencies.
Experience in medical devices is a plus.
