Responsibilities
Lead content research, testing, evaluating, and optimizing content at various levels.
Evaluate experimental strokes and full massages with diverse participants.
Collaborate with the content team and Licensed Massage Therapists to enhance massages.
Conduct research on Sensory Input elements of the massage experience like audio/visual and scent experiences.

Required
1-3+ years of experience in research, ideally within a consumer technology capacity.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up/scale-up context.
Outstanding organizational skills.
A willingness to engage energetically in a primarily in-office role requiring extensive and ongoing in-person testing with research participants.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey meaningful information verbally and in writing to a wide range of stakeholders.
A keen willingness to learn something completely new.
Preferred
A personal interest in wellness, with past experience with massage or other modalities of bodywork in some capacity as a nice-to-have.
