Responsibilities

Provide technical support for FRICK Industrial Refrigeration customers, field personnel, and sales staff through venues including telephone and Email.

Offer technical solutions to very complex problems by assisting in troubleshooting the system/equipment and providing advice and guidance in resolving the issues.

Interact with other groups including engineering, design, YPS, and ECS controls.

Conduct technical research on industrial refrigeration equipment to support parts center and customer needs.

Identify quality issues and research plausible solutions for consideration.

Stay up to date and educated on new and existing product lines which may involve up to 10% travel.

Required

Tech School program or equivalent work experience in HVAC or refrigeration

Previous experience working with compressor, air handlers, controls systems, motors, and starters

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-Mail
