Responsibilities
Solution Design: Develop and document comprehensive solution architectures that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand product vision and translate it into technical solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to engineering teams during the development and implementation phases, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.
Integration Strategy: Define integration strategies for various components, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems and applications.
Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for solution architecture, design patterns, and technology usage across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation in product solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, product development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a strong understanding of APIs and integration.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
