Responsibilities
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and teammates while serving as a subject matter expert
Collaborating with product peers and engineering teams to serve as subject matter expert to support and validate new feature development, updates, and fixes before deployment
Staying up to date with our continuously delivered products, features, and integrations
Playing a supporting role in Kuali sales demonstrations and help with RFP responses
Conducting front-end testing to validate product functionality, usability, and performance across various use cases
Gaining and maintaining a deep knowledge of Kuali products and services
Assisting the customer on day-to-day solve their challenges ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
Advocating internally for customer needs and Influence prioritization of issues and feature requests, taking into account severity of issue, end user impact, customer relationship, etc.
Communicating with customers on a regular basis to share best practices and provide information about new features that can support their strategic goals

Required
Knowledgeable in Accounting: Confidently navigate a general ledger, with at least 3 years of hands-on fund accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experienced with Enterprise Financial Software: Have 3+ years of experience working with enterprise financial/accounting systems.
An Excellent Collaborator: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Technically Adept: Able to understand complex concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A Confident Presenter: Comfortable presenting information to stakeholders at various levels.
Educated or Experienced: Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
Kuali Expertise: Familiarity with Kuali software (especially Kuali Financials).
Higher Education Experience: Prior experience working in a higher education financial office.
