Responsibilities

Aide Senior Product Manager in driving the product strategy and roadmap plan

Synthesize data/research findings into compelling and strategic insights that will inform product strategy decisions

Partner with strategy team counterparts to draw connections between products, internal & external trends, and shifting customer preferences.

Be the QTC Product representative to the QTC Program and Business Transformation Programs. Prepare presentations and present updates to partners and directors.

Assist with monitoring and improving team deliverables such as project ROI, Business Case creation, and agile planning.

Mentor and support product owners to drive team improvements that result more effective delivery

Ensure adherence to product development process and best practices

Identify and mitigate operational risks and process bottlenecks

Act as the product lead on transformative and innovative efforts for QTC. Measure the impact and define the strategy. Lead the planning, analysis and prioritize process. Support execution, testing, and release.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Manage the QTC Strategy for data and analytics

Develop feature level requirements for agile teams, facilitate understanding and ensure feasibility of strategic offerings once within execution/build phase
