Responsibilities
Upkeep of product catalogs
Technical line sheet for license
General upkeep of PLM data integrity
Collection training tools
Support on all product development milestones
Pull information from data systems (including monthly reports)
Prepare upper management reports (requires a high level of accuracy)
Conduct product reviews
Perform competitive market deep dives
Conduct ad-hoc analysis
Assist with new material development
Assist in organizing samples
Maintain the integrity of the material libraries
Prepare for meetings (e.g., placing sketches on boards, preparing color forms, preparing prototype kick-off forms, printing materials)

Required
B.S./B.A. degree in Merchandising Management and/or Product Development
3+ years of work experience
Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis
Ability to organize and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications
Adaptability and flexibility to work individually as well as within a team
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills
Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills
Preferred
Preferred experience in fashion industry/product management/product development/accessories/merchandising/business development
Problem solver and resourceful
Team player
Local and flexible to come into the office as needed or at least 2/3 times a week minimum
