Responsibilities

Operate as a Utility Operator, Bulk Operator, Elevator Operator, or Warehouse Operator in a manufacturing setting.

Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, climbing stairs/ladders, and pushing/pulling heavy loads.

Maintain a clean-shaven appearance for tasks requiring respiratory protection and proper seal with a respirator.

Flexible to work in multiple areas of the mill, rotating through positions and shifts

Strong in mind (sharp-eyed and safety focus), body (may be required to lift up to 55lbs) and soul (a caring team member)

May be required to pass a physical abilities test with or without reasonable accommodation

Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach or lift at shoulder level, above shoulder level, and below shoulder level

Frequently climb stairs and/or ladders

Occasionally lift/shovel/carry up to 55 pounds

Occasionally push up to 200 pounds of force

Occasionally pull/torque up to 210 pounds of force

Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection
