Responsibilities
Ensure efficient operation of assigned machines.
Meet production requirements and customer specifications.
Perform data entry into the ERP system.
Set up and operate machines.
Inspect products for defects and dimensions.
Package products for shipment.
Cross-train and work in various functions within the shop.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with lathe/slitting/machine operation experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 35 lbs
Proficiency with PCs and ERP systems
