Responsibilities

Process / Engineering / TPM - Provide first line support to all areas of Supply Chain and Customer Services

Check and approve Design and Assembly drawings.

Translate design information from drawings into SAP Material Master Data, Bills of Materials and Routings.

Prepare assembly instruction documents detailing the production process from design drawings and initial production builds.

Lead resolution of technical issues, material, tooling, instructions to all Production and Warehouse areas.

Review and support all NPI and provide updates and progress to the wider project team to ensure expected targets are met.

Support the Reliability team with their Facilities activities here on site. This includes issue resolution and updating site layouts/P&ID's (on AutoCAD or equivalent).

Safety - Think safe, work safe, initiate safe

Promote and lead by example on all aspects of safety.

Risk assess and review safety in all SOPs, projects and day to day support of the plant.

Support the plant manager on Safety projects and initiatives within the organization.
