Responsibilities
Create, store, and organize all product documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Installation Procedures, and Training Courses.
Design and conduct hands-on training sessions on the operation of robotic systems for internal teams and external clients.
Collaborate with SMEs to understand product functionalities and operational procedures.
Work closely with system test, field operations, and engineering teams to ensure documentation and training reflect current specifications.
Support other technical writers in document creation and process improvement initiatives.

Required
A bachelor's degree is required, STEM is preferred, and a certificate in technical writing is highly desirable.
2 to 5 years of experience as a technical writer in a technical or industrial environment, with hands-on training experience a plus.
Experience in a CCMS and familiarity with documentation standards.
Comfortable in a startup-like environment where priorities can shift daily or weekly.
Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a senior technical writer.
