Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and analyze, eliminating inefficiencies and non-value steps.
Develop, scope, and process map new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and sites to create streamlined solutions.
Create learning programs and coach and train technicians.
Create and improve procedural standards to achieve performance targets for the production line.
Standardize theoretical design against the actual performance of processing equipment.
Understand and work with state-of-the-art equipment supporting precious metals recovery.
Problem solve and collaborate in teams.
Be highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
Possess strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment.

Required
BS in Engineering required, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience
Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to comply and utilize PPE based on work and work area
Able to lift, push, pull, or maneuver weights of up to 50 pounds
The ability to perform work during prolonged periods of standing
Works in a warehouse environment, including dust and elevated noise environment
