Responsibilities
Sample tracking by locating any incoming and missing samples.
Pick up, unpack, pack and organize samples for the Production & Development team.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, unpacking boxes, etc.
Managing sample logs for all incoming/outgoing samples and swatches.
PLM entries and updates for Development team.
Prepare and organize samples for TOP, Ecom, photo-shoots, visuals, marketing, etc.
Take proactive approaches to ensure all responsibilities and projects are completed efficiently.
Adapt well to changes in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required
Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred
Must have general computer knowledge; Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment and basic understanding of retail workflow preferred
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 20-25 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
Preferred
Associates Degree
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
Basic understanding of retail workflow
