Responsibilities
Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures, and develop hands-on troubleshooting skills of the team
Coordinate technical resources to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Oversee day-to-day production support activities of technicians, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests
Support the team on technical issues and request additional resources as required
Read, comprehend, and interpret complex instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of support activities
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures to enhance system stability and reliability
Assist with equipment maintenance issues to minimize downtime and impact on production systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance production support processes and tools

Required
Associate’s Degree, military training, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a regulated industry
3 years experience in a leadership role
Experience in supporting of high-speed assembly systems (>20ppm)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred
Lean or Kaizen experience a plus
