Responsibilities

Become Certified: Complete onboarding (asynchronous courses and live virtual meetings) to earn certification as a contract facilitator.

Manage Session Logistics: Handle pre- and post-session tasks, including detailed session notes and coordination with the inquirED team.

Lead Professional Development: Facilitate engaging and impactful virtual and in-person sessions for educators, using inquirED’s facilitation guides and resources.

Empower Educators: Onboard teachers to inquirED’s curriculum, creating an open, collaborative learning environment that equips educators to confidently implement the curriculum and adapt it to meet diverse classroom needs.

Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing professional development, receiving coaching and feedback to sharpen your facilitation techniques.

Required

US-Based Educator: You live in the US and have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of teaching experience in K-12 education.

Driven and Reliable: You are disciplined, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Facilitation Expert: You have experience leading professional learning workshops, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with virtual platforms like Zoom and Google Suite, and you have access to a personal laptop.

Willing to Travel: You’re open to occasional travel for in-person workshops.

Passionate about Social Studies: You believe in the power of inquirED’s Social Studies curriculum and are excited to help teachers implement it effectively.
