Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget.
Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to build consensus and execute programs despite ambiguous risks and challenges.
Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies.
Lead project meetings, owning the agenda and outcomes.
Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines.

Required
University degree or relevant work experience.
5-7 years of experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery.
Proven leadership skills in complex, transformative projects, with responsibility for leading project teams and delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
Ability to create plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of affecting change through engagement.
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish is required.
Preferred
Certification or experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
Strong working knowledge of Agile framework and related practices.
