Responsibilities
Incumbent is responsible for the budget/ programming process and full range of procedural and technical duties involved in the program formulation, presentation, and execution phases of assigned programs consisting of a multiplicity of complex funding authorizations under all civil works appropriations, as well as varying requirements of non-Federal and other agency contributions to numerous projects within the programs.
