Responsibilities

Use project management tools to monitor task progress and facilitate completion.

Coordinate responses to RFIs and collect inputs for programmatic documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support to maintain alignment with objectives.

Must be a U.S Citizen

Clearance: Required to obtain a favorable DHS Suitability screening

3-10 years of experience as a Program Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree

Proficiency in task management and program coordination within federal programs

Experience managing workflows and collaborating with interagency stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working within an Executive Secretariat Team

Experience in national security, interagency collaboration, and operational efficiency
