Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of briefing products for leadership, senior policymakers, IC members, and other intelligence consumers on complex acquisition and technology topics

Coordinate and collaborate with peers, mission partners, and senior internal/external stakeholders to execute program management activities

Advise on program strategy and execution decisions based on knowledge and expertise of assigned domain

Help measure, update, and monitor program thresholds, metrics, and performance parameters for AI capabilities

Create, review, and coordinate programmatic documents on behalf of the program

Facilitate periodic retrospectives with program management teams to gather and disseminate feedback and best practices

Populate the project management (Jira) processes and workflows for assigned domain

Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing manual efforts through automation.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, or a business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or five years of equivalent work experience

Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering projects
