Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the agency’s service delivery, including project management, client service, and team collaboration.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage the agency’s portfolio of services, ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
Lead the service team in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Content & Organic Social, Creative, SEO, and Affiliate.
Conduct regular reviews of service offerings to adapt and evolve as market and technology trends change.
Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, tailoring services and solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Resolve any issues and handle complaints swiftly and professionally.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
Participate in budgeting and financial planning for services and operations.
Control costs and maximize profitability without compromising on service quality.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, and the ability to apply these in a strategic context.
Proven track record in managing operations and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
