Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including completing new client arrival documentation, maintaining records for dependency court, requesting and filing health records, sending invitations to program events, maintaining foster parent licensing files, tracking and responding to program inquiries.

Provide other program support as-needed including assistance with food pickup and delivery, logistical support for events, support for foster parent and host home recruitment efforts, and occasional coverage transporting youth to appointments.

Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in delivering client services related to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of populations served by the program.

Perform all job functions in accordance with agency and program specific policies and procedures while ensuring confidentiality for clients.

Must pass criminal history background check

Must be able to work in a multicultural setting

Must demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in the delivery of client services as it relates to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of populations served by the program.

High school diploma/equivalent plus two years of experience in an administrative role OR associate degree or higher required.

Preferred

Experience working in a non-profit and/or social service setting preferred.
