Responsibilities
Work closely with Finance Director, Program Managers, and Subcontracts Manager for subcontracting and procurement issues.
Generate monthly financial reporting deliverables on specified contracts.
Perform ad hoc financial and accounts receivable analysis to identify discrepancies.
Interface with A/P and process vouchering as needed.
Maintain project charging levels on programs within Costpoint.
Ensure compliance with procurement system policies and procedures.
Assist in establishing program budgets and updates within IBM PA financial planning software.
Conduct cost/price analysis on supplier proposals and agreements.
Handle post-award modifications to agreements and financial assessments.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Director.

Required
Strong communications skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, predominantly Excel
Experience working with Deltek CostPoint software
Independent work ethic with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Accounting or an appropriate related discipline
General understanding of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, and hybrid contracts
