Responsibilities

Directly supports Program and Project Managers in the management, analysis, and reporting of financial data

Supports the financial management, analysis, and reporting of government contracts and task orders financials, subcontract, financials, purchasing requests, and revenue forecasting using financial administrative tools

Supports the management of contract related spend plans, estimates to complete, and the balancing of project budget against requirements

Uses spreadsheets and other tools to organize and present financial and deliverable data

Reviews, tracks, and reports on IEX personnel labor hour and financial data, subcontractor and vendor invoices, employee travel, and other direct cost expenses

Coordinates the communication and updating of work assignments s they affect task order expenditure rates and project backlog

Assist with audit and compliance activities

Responsible for all Billings and Collection communications on assigned programs.
