Responsibilities
Oversees time recording and resource demands made by project/programme teams.
Provides project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmes.
Coordinates and maintains timely and accurate Management Information.
Ensures projects and programmes operate within defined Project Governance controls.
Assists in financial and resource planning and management support.
Participates in planning activities to support project and programme governance.
Helps develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracks resource movements and spend.
Coordinates various forums, boards, and meetings in support of project/programme managers.
Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage.

Required
Skills in coordination, headcount, and PCN management, and work with a diverse global team.
Minimum 8 years of experience with data analysis.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Power BI.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Excel.
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft products (preferred, not required).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse global team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in an ambiguous environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
