Responsibilities
Outreach, recruit, and retain eligible families for participation in Baby Steps programs.
Develop community-based relationships and liaisons with referring agencies.
Organize and implement events for participating families.
Recruit families, implement curriculum, schedule vendors, and communicate with volunteers.
Coordinate financial recordkeeping for program operations.
Maintain a comprehensive program database and provide routine reports.
Supervise Assistant Program Coordinator.

Required
Associates’ Degree with 2 years of experience in early childhood or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors’ Degree with 3 – 6 months of early childhood experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate, as a self-directed Coordinator, the skills of leadership, collaboration, and listening
Strong public speaking skills
Preferred
Spanish speaking strongly preferred but not required
