Responsibilities

Program Coordinator will oversee the time recording and resource demands made by project/program teams, ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way

Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and program

Coordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely, accurate and communicated effectively

Ensure projects and program operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards

Provide resource planning and management support to projects and programs

Planning as required in support of project and program governance (e.g. Project plans, risk and issues logs, etc.)

As a Program Coordinator, you will help develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracking/forecasting resource movements and spend

Coordinate, and where appropriate lead various forums/boards/meetings in support of project/program managers

Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage

Required

Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experience

8-10 years of experience

Minimum 8 years of experience with data analysis

Minimum 8 years of experience with Power BI

Minimum 8 years of experience with Excel

Experience with MS Office programs and project management tools

Previous knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
