Responsibilities

Oversees the time recording and resource demands made by project/programme teams, ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way.
Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmes.
Coordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely, accurate and communicated effectively.
Ensure projects and programmes operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards.
Provide financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programmes.
Planning as required in support of project and programme governance (eg. Project plans; risk and issues logs, etc).
Help develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracking / forecasting resource movements and spend.
Co-ordinate, and where appropriate lead various forums / boards / meetings in support of project/programme managers.
Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage.

Required

Minimum 8 years experience with data analysis
Minimum 8 years experience with Power BI
Minimum 8 years experience with excel
Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experience
Previous knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
Experience with MS Office programs and project management tools
8-10 years experience

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data
Very strong organizational skills
Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities
Self motivated and proactive
Delivering on priorities
Empowering self and others
