Responsibilities
Ensure the high-quality delivery of our programming to WSB students.
Manage end to end execution of dynamic programs, administration, data tracking and review for all WSB cohorts.
Ownership of WSB’s mentorship program and volunteer pipeline.
Regular evaluation of program components to identify areas for program improvement.
Work closely with the Chief of Learning to operationalize and execute program improvements.
Support the development and implementation of new training initiatives in response to client and market demand.
Work closely with the Head of Operations and Program team members to oversee student enrollment, admission, training, certification, graduation, and alumni engagement, helping ensure that org-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and employer or program sponsor specific training commitments are delivered.
Cultivate the student pipeline by building relationships with colleges, universities, other nonprofit and community based organizations.
Act as the primary liaison to community based student recruitment partners.
Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure data capture through robust use of org CRM.
Manage and track recruitment, admissions, and other program related KPIs.

Required
YOU RESIDE IN NYC OR THE TRI STATE AREA
One or more years financial services industry experience
Bachelor’s degree
Business mindset
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial and adaptable
Strategic thinking and planning
Ability to effectively communicate the organization’s mission to volunteers and our external community
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies from diverse cultural backgrounds
Previous success in establishing relationships with organizations, and individuals of influence including funders, community partners, and volunteers
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator
Passion, integrity, a positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
Outbound prospecting experience including cold calling and emailing adhering to weekly metrics

Preferred
Experience using Salesforce, Asana and Slack
Previous human-centered, project management experience
Experience working with students
