Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support for programs specific to their department.
Acting as liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
Planning coordinating logistics such as scheduling meetings or conferences.
Arranging internal and external program communications.
Overseeing work of Program Coordinators.

Healthcare ExperienceEducation ExperienceTraining FacilitationCollege DegreeMaster’s Degree

Required

2+ years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple projects, preferably in the healthcare/medical field.
Strong attention to detail or organization.
College Degree, Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.

Preferred

Experience working in Education or Faculty Development.
Experience developing and facilitating training and in-sessions.
Experience working with physicians or faculty members.
Master’s Degree.
