Responsibilities
Co-develop relevant training and learning materials to enhance the impact of training delivery
Review and provide recommendations on the existing educational curricula
Conduct needs assessment for courses offered
Co-facilitate in the center activities and workshops
Work with the team to write proposals and develop a strategy to increase and extend youth activities at the Center and community

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field.
Three years of relevant work experience
Experience with facilitation skills and training
Strong knowledge of curriculum design principles and Program and Development Management
Program design and development especially for youth health programs
Program review and assessment
Design and developing programmatic strategies
Program assessment and reviews
Using innovative and/ or digital program planning tools
Networking for increased access to program funding and resource mobilization
Mentorship skills
Training skills
Work collaboratively and effectively with children and youth
Understand the dynamics of NGOs and challenges faced.
