Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating overall program policies and directing subordinate managers/staff.

Direct and manage the operation of several programs/projects.

Establish goals, objectives, performance requirements, and standards.

Manage deliverable schedules for projects that include media, marketing, graphics, website design, video production and other communication activities, outreach, market research, and analysis.

Ensure project quality and program success.

Achieve the intent of the project and agency objectives by understanding the project needs and tailoring work to meet those needs.

Demonstrate exemplary strategic communication and problem-solving skills with clients, peers, management, and contract staff. Make all operational and staffing decisions.

Ensure that all contract tasks are completed on time.

Capably direct contract staff to meet all contract requirements.

Expert in communicating with government contact. Guide the management and control of the project.
