Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the technical assistance and peer learning plan, overseeing coaching, evaluation, and learning programs.
Manage the coaching team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, while overseeing operational details such as invoicing, staffing, and scheduling monthly learning sessions.
Plan, execute, and follow up on monthly webinars and learning sessions to foster continuous learning and collaboration across ACH sites.
Ensure close coordination with the external evaluation team to track outcomes and analyze impact across the initiative.
Identify and develop issue briefs, lessons learned, and other thought leadership pieces to maintain CACHI’s presence in the broader public health field.
Develop and maintain a system to document, organize, and analyze insights gathered across the ACH network, ensuring that knowledge is accessible and used to inform strategy and operations.
Contribute to systems and processes that centralize communication, learning, and collaboration across the CACHI team, utilizing tools such as Slack and shared calendars.
Serve as a liaison between coaching teams, evaluators, and the broader CACHI program team.
Play a central role in engaging with key stakeholders, including ACH sites, technical assistance providers, funders, and other strategic partners, to maintain alignment with CACHI’s goals.
Work closely with the policy team to inform CACHI’s policy agenda based on program insights.
Support the development and execution of field-building activities, ensuring continued engagement with ACHs and other partners beyond the current funding cycle.

Required
Proven experience managing multi-site, collaborative initiatives, preferably involving community-based health programs.
Experience providing technical assistance and leading learning and evaluation activities for complex initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple program elements simultaneously.
Deep understanding of systems thinking, with experience in public health, health equity, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to advancing equity and a proven ability to work in cross-cultural, collaborative environments.
Preferred
Familiarity with California’s health systems and policy landscape, including relationships with funders and public health agencies.
Experience with innovative data collection, analysis, and reporting methods to inform strategic planning.
Knowledge of collective impact and multi-sector collaboration models.
