Responsibilities
Contract maintenance and rate management.
Management of Load Planner group assigned to account, usually staff of 3-4 individuals.
Maintain customer relationship and attend scheduled quarterly operations meetings.
Work with process improvement team (customer), assuring quality solutions.
KPI generation for both customer and internal.
Create annual financial plan in conjunction with senior management.
P/L responsibility for account and individual locations.
Cap-ex and unit mortality studies.

Required
Bachelors degree in transportation, business, or related field
5 years of management experience
