Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Responsible for the overall management and administration of the program and implement Trauma Informed Care and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) treatment philosophies of the agency.

Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure the highest quality of service delivery, monitoring and evaluating program activities to meet or exceed established standards and goals.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of Direct Care Staff and other professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure program complies with regulations, policies, and standards, overseeing a multidisciplinary leadership team to meet accreditation standards.

Budget Management: Manage the program's budget, allocate resources, track expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Crisis Management: Act as the restraint coordinator, work on reducing physical restraint of students, and ensure post-restraint procedures are followed.
