Responsibilities

Responsible for all services provided to participants and their families who are referred to the program.

Oversee the intake process, develop and implement service or treatment plans, and monitor service delivery by staff.

Identify, recruit, hire, train, monitor, and supervise all direct service professional and administrative staff.

Provide staff development and training sessions, conduct staff meetings, and assist in creative problem-solving for participants and families.

Ensure all required timelines and due dates are met, manage the local program within budget parameters, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Attend to administrative, fiscal, and billing requirements, and submit necessary reports to referring authorities and third-party payors.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree is required

At a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage

Preferred

Master’s Degree generally preferred

Bilingual /Spanish speaking applicant a plus!
