Responsibilities
Coordinating project workloads
Scheduling resources
Attending project meetings
Conducting site walkdowns
Collaborating with electrical design teams for transmission projects
Building project schedules
Managing staff resource loaded schedules
Contributing to bids and proposal development
Taking a responsible leadership role in an evolving team
Focusing on client projects
Attending internal and client facing meetings
Procuring necessary design inputs
Overseeing workflow
Ensuring quality control is maintained and design packages are submitted on time
Conducting site-visits to client ROW/facilities
Traveling for client meetings and industry related events

Required
Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Experience with Microsoft Suite of programs
Familiarity with transmission engineering design practices and quality control
Familiarity with PLS-CADD software
Familiarity with NESC and MA CMR 220
Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff
Willingness to travel, up to 25%
Preferred
PE Licensure
Familiarity with MFAD software
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Workfront
