Program Leader: Job Search & Career Coaching Program

Responsibilities
Oversee client onboarding and off-boarding, conducting intake interviews and program orientation.
Manage client progression, including regular check-ins and on-demand support.
Serve as a community moderator and administrator on platforms like Skool, fostering engagement.
Lead live group workshops and individual coaching sessions, delivering actionable strategies on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career goal-setting and execution.
Integrate mindfulness, meditation, and emotional intelligence practices into client sessions.
Own and update program materials, including slide decks, training videos, and participant guides.
Assist with procuring client testimonials for social media content to help us showcase program success stories and attract new clients.
Recruit, train, and manage additional career coaches to scale the program.
Collaborate on client feedback and program improvement initiatives.
Stay ahead of trends in career coaching, generative AI, and professional branding to ensure program relevance.

Required
Proven expertise in corporate career coaching for senior executives and tenured professionals.
Advanced knowledge of mindfulness practices, including meditation, emotional intelligence, and the law of attraction.
Mastery in job search essentials: resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview strategies, and personal branding.
Familiarity with generative AI and its application in job searching and professional branding.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, career development, and program management within mid-to-enterprise level organizations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to lead, inspire, and support a diverse client base.
Proficient in coaching executive level clients.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience with client satisfaction practices.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results and scaling programs.
Preferred
Experience guiding entrepreneurs and consultants in building successful businesses.
Background in learning and development or corporate training.
Benefits
Quarterly Bonus of $12,500 every quarter based on Performance Metrics and Client Success.
